Re: Grandad would be so proud.
After reading your post, I have had my eyes opened to the truth. The Japanese are utterly wrong to continue whaling, and should be condemned. After all, you blubber enough online that really the Japanese should be taking a look at you.

Perhaps HMAS Anzac should be commissioned to do a research study of the stability of trimarans in the Southern Ocean?

In a definite sense, a country's power and prestige isn't only a reflection of its economic power but also a reflection of its people's quality and morality. Moreover, I think the latter is actually more important in the long-term.

I'd rather have seen the Japs cut in half.
Not much time for the tree huggers either, the only nice people involved in that are the whales.

Spot on jagman. Beautiful intelligent family creatures, killed in the most excruciatingly painful manner imaginable just so that greedy piggish Japs can eat them. Christ how I loath and despise these whale hunting bastards, NAAFI Bar or not.

Re: Grandad would be so proud.
Funny that - the Japanese saw him the same way. Hence why they did it.

Dry your eyes princess. Some people are like slinkys - seemingly entirely useless, yet still can raise a smile when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I just hate hippies far more than the Japanese. They can't help being born Japanese...hippies made a choice.

You f*ckin nambi's all want to chill out. As soon as the global warms up enough we'll have cooked all the fat fish anyway.
Let's be honest, apart from acting up in Sea-World they're no f*cking use to anyone. It's not as if they've got tusks to make chess sets out of, is it?Politically correct doesn't mean morally correct

Re: Grandad would be so proud.
I used to know an old fella who still woke at night in an unpleasant way 50 years after being a guest of the Japanese Army. He didn't view hippies or the Welsh in quite the same way as he did the Japanese.

Re: Grandad would be so proud.
Why doesn't the Aussie government do something about the whaling then. Probably cos they like the Japanese too much. Oh and its a kiwi boat.
