How to put annoying aussie in her place!
We've got an odd one at work. Female. Not the type you meet in bars and do things in bed with - sadly - as I know many of that type and can handle them she's more you might meet if you did trips to see day release patients at a loony bin. But shhh don't tell her. Plus she's got the usual 'very opinionated but I don't know much about it' type of attitude towards facts and life. Mind you she's off soon anyway. But any advice?
Please don't anyone reply with :
"yeah YEAH.....yeah......YEAH...yeah.......oh yeah....yeah? (that was a question that one) yeah....awesome....oh yeah....I know...I think....oh actually I'm NOT sure....yeah? yeah yeah?"
as she does that all the time for us anyway.

Remind her that it's really called 'Uluru'.
That seems to wind a lot of Aussies up for some reason.We need people who look to the stars, holding the nation and the world in their hearts but at the same time we need down-to-earth people who can do serious and trying work.
In a definite sense, a country's power and prestige isn't only a reflection of its economic power but also a reflection of its people's quality and morality. Moreover, I think the latter is actually more important in the long-term.
