I say all of this now, in case of future waltish behaviour (I have previous in this regard)

Be careful Phase. Stale bread rolls are forbidden by the Hague Treaty. Stick with nice fresh ones.

Having said all that however the only time I had a chance to use a weapon was when I accidentally came across a mugging during my student days - both mugger and I were quite surprised but I did manage to wack him with my book bag holding an extremely large Latin/English dictionary I happened to have about my person at the time.

Re: Improvised Weapons.
Many years ago my Dad was having a post lunchtime doze when he was rudely disturbed by a would be robber who promised him violence unless he handed over anything of value. Mistake.
Being an ex Navy type and into boaty type things, he naturally had an 18 inch Marlin Spike* to hand.
(* Marlin Spike: A long metal cone shaped pointed tool usually made from steel that is used for separating strands of rope or wire. Marlin Spikes typically have a knob on the wide end that can be used for pounding.)

A monkeys fist made of rope with a golf ball in the middle.
I used to think that the brain was the most wonderful organ in my body. Then I realized who was telling me this.

Well two days of digging and searching in the general area and we still haven't found the cunting leak. Surely there must be technology more accurate than a grumpy old bloke in a yellow hi-vis coat, wielding a length of dowelling on a thread bobbin and claiming there may be a leak in the generic area known as "under there"?

Re: Improvised Weapons.
I did use a crutch once. During my schooldays I once tore some ligaments in my ankle. One night it got a bit nasty in the club I was in and used the crutch to beat some feckers with. When the bouncers arrived they let me stay. "No guy on crutches could've done this.." Nope...

Re: Improvised Weapons.
A 2 foot long black cable tie around someones soft tissue area could ruin there day.
Not quite Napalm but a 100 litre mix of petrol and avtur poured onto a rubbish dump and detonated by a thunderflash created the biggest fire ball I have ever seen. And lots of dead seagulls.I joined the army to see the world, drink beer and meet girls. Any thing else is a bonus. Pte D***s Blackdown Barracks 1984
