A fit PE teacher is a problem/disinsentive to excel in what way. As has been said I'd bin the Head he's just proven himself to be a worthless lump.

Our head of PE was an ex-para called Harry (not to his face, by anyone) and in charge of the cadets (this is about 35 years ago, when dinosaurs and creationist rednecks still walked the earth). He didn't look much like Tasha, oddly enough ... more like a grizzly old strip of rawhide ... but the younger PE masters trod in his shadow with utter respect. Used to be funny watching them try and puff themselves up on parents' evenings and sports days, when the yummy mummies put in an appearance. I do think one or two females of this calibre would have encouraged more interest in swimming and gym ...

Our PE Teachers were poser type blokes and one woman who looked like she was wearing 3 softies under her jumper.

She was to physical education what I am to flying space shuttles.

So another teachers career is ended and a pc teacher gets a pat on the back for being disciplined and a load of publicity. Wait for the next round of jobs in his LEA and his name near the biggest paying one.

She would so get it.

One of my PE teachers spent most of his time after the lesson ended in the female changing room 'supervising' the girls as they showered and changed while the female teacher (who looked more like a man) hovered around in the corridor that separated the male and female changing rooms like a prison guard!
