just reading the scum online and one of the top stories is about a german lad (now a girl) being the youngest person in the world to have a sex swap.

Im not, but I have children, and no bollocks you can post can tell me a two year old knows that it wants to be of the opposite sex.

There are some that know not very long after this point. If a child is born as a pure hermaphrodite (rare but it happens) the docs usually make a decision very rapidly about what sex the child is to be and carry out a gender assignment op. Unfortunately they sometimes get the sex wrong and it needs correcting later in life.

These children tend to know from a very young age, 5 or 6 is not uncommon, that something is 'wrong'.

Only know this as one of my patients, who was in her 40s by this point came into this category.
