If legit, then speak the Padre and/or follow the steps above.
If you're one of these people who likes to think they're 'fighting the good fight' and gets a hard-on from unnecessary drama, give it a rest.Try not to die a virgin. When you get to heaven they make you fuck a suicide bomber.

JSP 831 is your guide. As has already been said, if your OC has not dealt with the matter as outlined in the JSP, your mate should read the JSP for advice & have the moral courage to follow it.
If he wishes to pm me with an email address I will forward the JSP.SSAFA Bereaved Families Support Group member.

Hi there
Thought I would visit this place and give an update without going into the details but for the benefit of anyone considering submitting a redress. I'm now a member of civ div, threw in the towel after what Is saw as nothing more than abuse of the system by a bunch of self serving cowards. I was even threatened by the OC to side against my mate so I thought fuck it!
10 months on and my mates redress has still not reached the CO for consideration.
He took the advice and sent his complaint to the SSC. So far and only after he sent his complaint in to the SCC was a harassment case officer delegated by his CO (a civil servant) outside the chain of command and only after two months , the redress procedures start to kick in.
My self as with other witnesses have now been interviewed by this harassment case officer
what has come out so far.
My mate was never given an assisting officer out side the CofC to help him formulate he complaint properly. So he was being disadvantaged from the very start.
His OC never spoke to any of us about the allegations other then tell us all "it was rubbish" but it has now come to light that he is claiming he conducted an internal investigation and found no evidence. Based on this the CO took no action as he believed the OC. Now we have all been allowed to speak to the harassment case officer a very different picture iscoming out from the bullshit OC first gave to the CO.
The complainant was telling the truth backed up by witnesses and the OC never followed the correct procedures and the complainant was never given an AO to help him.
Anyone with better knowledge know if the OC could be in for a slice. I ask this as the harassment case officer was asking very direct questions about the OC and his role in all this. I know the OC was not part of the complaint but would his actions also be taken into account when this all gets to the point of consideration.

The case officer would not be doing their job if they didn't ask questions, direct or otherwise, about anyone involved in the case so don't add 2 + 2 and come up with 5.

As blobmeister rightly put it and yes I did just that. Cunt!! Its people with your attitude that makes people think twice before submitting a complaint!
Like I said before I wont go into the finer details for good reasons. I Just wanted to know from people with experience of these things what could be the outcome. The questions about the OCs involvement was more than I had expected and the direction of those questions IMHO was more about the behaviour of the OC towards the complainant and witnesses.
I now have a job and live well away for the place. What I wanted to know for example is could I be called up to a hearing of CM if the OC is dragged in for a slice with the other guy.Last edited by lancewelljackedoff; 02-06-2012 at 10:36.
