If you've been issued a red 'Rights of a Soldier' book, it's woefully out of date and deals with AA55 legislation. You should have been issued a white 'Rights of an Accused' booklet. Which one is it out of interest?

I may well be wrong, but I thought they had to charge you within a certain time limit of warning you for orders (or it's modern day equivalent).

Or have you only just been warned?

Oh, and have the balls to elect a trial by Courts Martial if you think you're in the right. I did that once, and it went no further.

I'd second PA. If you've got the stones for it and you're certain you're in the right elect for Courts Martial. Especially if they've issued you the wrong legal guidance.
