    She should go for a chat with the Unit Welfare Officer ASAP. He/she will brief the Adjt who will deal with the RMP side. She should also get legal advice; the UWO can give her a number for the lawyers in Bielefeld. The CO will decide what action to take in accordance with SOBAGs and any necessary legal advice.

    This is your best bet. I wouldn't bother with the Sky Pilot, especially if you're a left footer!

    it is probable that the RMP have jurisdiction and your CO is a "Magistrate" under visiting forces legislation but she is not going to gaol over this.

    Also, very unlikely that it will have a significant impact upon your career.
