As has been stated above - but cant be over emphasised - wimmin are flattery operated. Just be a bit subtle with it and dont overdo it.

Completely agree.

Find common ground and show an interest in her and her activities etc. but don't turn it into overkill otherwise it'll look like your really desperate to impress and bed her.

I've known men who are either 'them them them' or too much 'you' in a scary obsessive way
