In my experience of this (others... not mine i might add!!) it is very difficult to have a "Fcuk Buddy" without it getting messy!! unless your both Single, it doesn't really work!! A "One-Night Stand" would work, but it must be a one off!! As you are both in a stable relationship with a significant other, that is the only way this will work!! If you become "Fcuk Buddies", it becomes an "Affair", and one or both of you will start to get feelings for the other, then it gets messy!! Also the lies and deceit that you will have to go through, will put a strain on your relationship and your friendship!! That doesnt take in the fact that you will need to keep it quiet at work, but people will start to notice, as the longer it goes on the more chance there is at slipping up!!

Question?: If your relationship is so stable, why are you even considering this in the first place?????

Either bang her once to relieve the frustration or stay the fcuk away!! it'll only end in tears!!

Careful. Not only would it involve infidelity to your wife and your colleague's husband, but it'll likely open a couple of cans of worms: one with your conscience and a can of practical consequences.

Were you to be found out, a whole world of pain would come your way as well as the way of innocent bystanders. Is throwaway sex worth that, with your reputation being ruined as well as a busted conscience? If your relationship is meaningless then I'd suggest leaving it. At the very least I'd consider whether you could talk to your wife about having an open relationship. Are there children involved? If so, don't do the nasty, for you'll be placing the children in a world of pain for the sake of some selfish and reckless 'fun'.

This is probably a little bit after the initial event, but my own view is that if you are asking ARRSE for an answer to this one then your failed to locate the moral courage from within which means your "stable relationship" isn't quite an accurate description.
