Try John Mackenzie, an honest and frank solicitor, a real good guy, hoping he will do his stuff for the families of the six RMP MURDERED because the very people responsible for them ( officers etc ) denied them equipment which caused their horrific deaths...

try forces law which is a solicitors network of members who are or have served in the armed forces and therefore they understand not only military mentality but will invariably be more au fait with military pensions etc.

    They are http://www.forceslaw.com/home/home.htm

    I hope that helps

Personal recommendation is always the best

Remember that you will spend a lot of time dealing with your solicitors during the course of your matter and it is vital that you feel comfortable. The best way to find a conveyancer is by personal recommendation, as there is no better way to find out what a firm is like than by talking to someone who has used their services. If they were happy then you should be too.

Glad to see all the usual BS about lawyers is being swallowed. Like squaddies, they vary. I was very well looked after by a motorbike solicitor, an ex Sapper, recommended by the Royal British Legion Riders Branch. He absolutely murdered the opposition, never touched a penny of my money and was a massive class act above the pr*cks given to me by my insurers. My divorce slicitor was fine, kept me out of having a matrimonial row with my ex at my expense. So my experience is if you do your homework you can get a good brief. They both looked after me and were professional. YThey learned their trade over a good few years, so expect to be paid. My biker solicitor got paid by the other guys insueres, and the matrimonial brief saved me my army pension and got me good contact with my kids - for less than £3k. Fair enough I reckon.
