Had similar situation in my last unit. 6 months between Board and attempt to implementation with charges backdated. First challenge was to have Board results declared invalid due to delay in promulgation. Powers that be tried to blame delay on Higher HQ but failed as the JSP is black and white on timings and no excuses are accepted. Second challenge was to have Board results annuled as the Board had not been conducted correctly and had based results on a sample of houses not all of them and they were all slightly different. Result was victory on both counts, Board findings annuled due to wrong timelines and failure of process. Not difficult in the end just had to get Station Commander on side and once done it was all sorted in favour of residents.
