The Armed Forces (Redundancy, Resettlement and Gratuity Earnings Schemes) Order 2010 is issued pursuant to The Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 and comes into force on 6th April 2010.
It is accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.
