Seconded - I've been scouring army surplus shops for years hoping to find one.

They made many a long cold night stag in NI bearable in th 70's.

My biggest mistake - gave our green keepers mine. 2 old syle (luxury) and 1 DPM mit liner (poor mans equivalent).
Coaching done, training done - now she's just got to go out and do it. Brighton Marathon off you go.

I scour the Surplus stores too, but they only ever come up in 170/104 size and I want 190/120. Please give me a PM if you ever come across a biggun like that! Ta.

Boots DMS......okay they weren't watertight but they were comfortable and at least a squad could march in time wearing them. What gives with the modern brothel creepers? Silent parades or what?
    I had a black shirt, but I wasn't one.

It may have been ussued to you in '82. I remember using both it and Larkspur in 1979 at RMAS. Amazingly we had Clansman on Rowallan Company, followed by Larkspur on the first term of SMC, followed by Clansman again........................

Everything's a bit askew, like the twisted pickets of the

That approximate the spot where I'm told the night patrol
