    Not really sure why the MODs would be concerned about distances in astronomy terms!!!

    Think he is referring to The Rifles, not rifle coys in The Londons.

    They were on parade as well though (albeit only the more svelte-like as "real man" sized Greens are rarer than Rocking-Horse sh*t).

    I am wondering if my Wah-o-meter is knackered.

    At St Paul’s I briefly bumped into a chap whom I knew from my previous unit who transferred out and I’d lost contact with.

    Does anyone out there know an Infantryman by this description?
