He hasn't been on the bus off the bus enough yet.
I write down everything I want to remember. That way, instead of spending a lot of time trying to remember what it is I wrote down, I spend the time looking for the paper I wrote it down on.

Just a thought, but as there are over 2500 guys going through Grantham this week and last for Op Olymics, this may throw a small spanner in the running of a 30ish strong course.

I'd be more worried that my offspring did not possess the "shame" gene and was happy joining the TAs.

Don't forget that this is the TA that claims it can provide 30,000 trained people to deploy in formed, collectvely trained, units to take thier place in the line beside their full time colleagues. So as you would expect, running a bit of individual training should be pretty straightforward.......

It's been the same since forever. "Hurry up and wait".
Don’t say, “It’s been a good day” till sundown.
    Don’t say, “She’s a good wife” till she’s buried.
Don’t say, “It’s a good sword” till you’ve tested it.
Don’t say, “She’s a good girl” till she’s married off.
Don’t say, “The ice is safe” till you’ve crossed it.
Don’t say, “The beer is good” till you’ve drunk the last of it.

    From Hávamál, a Viking poem.
