Nottingham isn't that far away from Birmingham, and transport costs will be paid - eventually

Re: 144 PARACHUTE MEDICAL SQN
Yes thats correct there is a P-Coy in July that training is on going for, and another in December, I believe the build up W/Es have still t.b.c.
Looks like end Aug beginning Sept, so there will be time to prepare.
The paperwork seems to take for ages so it would be better to get in sooner rather than later, Medics wise we are up to full strength, well on paper anyway.

Re: 144 PARACHUTE MEDICAL SQN
so whats available then, if on paper you've got all your CMTs?
i'm assuming it'd be attached arms like signals, reme, rlc etc and do they get to do P-Coy with the rest?
edited to add a comma

We may be able to overbear on medics, we have RLC posts especially driver/Rad Ops. plus a few support functions such as REME.
I'm sure slots can be found for surgeons, Doctors etc etc.
Yes they all get to do P-Coy with the rest.

Does the unit recruit Mental Health Nurses, and what is the upper age limit?

Re: 144 PARACHUTE MEDICAL SQN
If you PM me I'll forward to someone who can give you a definitive answer regarding specialised job roles or one suitable for your qualifications.
Regarding the upper age limit this is flexible, with no previous military experience we would be willing to take anyone up to 38, perhaps older depending on our needs & your fitness. with previous experience we can go to mid 40's, again this is flexible.
