Re: Mornington Crescent
Outrageous move, some might say unsporting. Warwick Avenue.

Ouyin, that's a double visit in one evening earning you a trip to Strand Station ( like a pit penalty in F1, station still has a street entrance, but not used anymore, on the old piccadilly line)

Blunt, simple and a masterstroke:
Colindale using both the Edgware and High Barnet branches obviously changing at Camden.
Reed's Nip is therefore cancelled and replaced by Section 18 of the Home Rules (Surrey) Amalgam 1982.
I rest my case and shall enjoy watching the amateurs flounder.

Re: Mornington Crescent
Stressy - I didn't think we'd cross swords on the field of play again after all the Unpleasantness at last year's Fitzwilliam Conference. Still, beermat in place, I'll continue: using the far superior (and more up to date) Kent Amalgam, I can use the Jubilee Line to foreclose Bank and leapfrog two moves anticlockwise to Kew which, I think you'll agree, puts me in rather a strong position for the next round.

Re: Mornington Crescent
Not too sure how you can use the term "more up to date" in a move that involves the Jubilee Line which has been closed every day for several weeks outside peak times!
Ergo you are declared as invalid and required to relocate to Victoria bus station and wait for a Changi Directive.
Please TRY and provide some form of challenge.

Re: Mornington Crescent
It doesn't matter that the JL's been closed outside peak hours - anyone who limits themselves to off-peak play has no regard for the dynamic, almost gymnastic performance of the true Game. You'll be saying next that MC can be played best from one's armchair!
As for the Changi Directive: in view of your advanced years, I'll assume that's a test. Anyone who's read Reubens' Compendium knows that Changi only applies in British Summertime! Still, a useful piece of instruction for novices.Storm the Citadel

Re: Mornington Crescent
Lots of theory but no counter move. Enjoy Victoria.

Re: Mornington Crescent
Reading glases on: the point of the theory was to demonstrate that Kew is a valid move.
