You should write to your MP and advise him of prison strategy, That is unless he has his eyes on the Hsec job, in which case "all but mentally insane psychopaths" can roam the streets at will and commit any crime they want including multiple murder if they feel "threatened" knowing that little if any conseqquence will follow.
Make prisons hell holes and see what comes of it.

I cannot believe that some of you would suggest that we removed the central heating from our prisons. its just that it needs to be used right - on full whack through the summer months, particuarly those hot sticky summer nights - and then switched off as soon as winter starts to blow in (but leave the pumps going to circulate round that nice cool water in the pipes and prevent them freezing up...)

bull ocks to this why serve my country when i can serve time and be better off. free sky / free heating / free pool tables / free extra education on my legal rights /over crowding so you only serve half your time as well.

    what a life

i joined up to protect these rights for them.

simple answer shoot them all -

if its your second time inside then you have had your second chance - a round has got to be cheaper and pretty soon people will get to know its not worth it and the crime rate will go down.

But you volunteered for the shit, they had to get caught which took alot of them several attempts

I was quite often left to circulate when I was in.
I bought a military watch. It didn't tell me the time, it told me to get my hair cut.

I like his ideas, we are different as prisoners here are not sent to prison for punishment, loss of liberty is the punishment. I like his posse idea it takes neighbourhood watch to a new level.

Have followed your example, and asked my MP to suggest Selafield as a good location, no need for lights as it glows in the dark.
