That's for legal immigrants, that will include, city boy's, engineers, and secondments, who are unlikely to require benefits.

The illegals will not claim as it would give them away, so go on the rob to support themselves. We can well do without them, and like the Italians, we should fly them back home. If they want to appeal, contact the local embassy in their own country.

With respect, the issue of racism-will not go away and we do need to address the matter. These are huge movements partially down to the corrupt nature of governments to whom we give "aid" and it is quite normal for people who are pressurised with immigration to start getting anti when the pressures get bad especially in a depression. People start to get labeled with the racist tag and then take umbridge. We have the laws, we simply will not enforce them using the HRA as a prophylactic to pander to the minority groups. I can only speak about France as that's where I tend to do all my travelling these days
The French, as you probably know, have a system of "stop-overs" for Motorhomes called Aires. I have never seen "Travellers" on them although if the Aires was in the UK I'm sure they would be swarming with the pests.
The reason is pretty obvious. The French Police respond very robustly to any incursion by "Travellers" and don't seem to give a mokeys about Human Rights.
The French are obliged, as are other European countries, to provide stopping places for "Travellers". The French also have a system of Municipal Campsites and they have been pushing the "Travellers" onto these for the last couple of years. Priviously, if "Travellers" had rocked up at reception the cheerful chaps from the CRS would have been hard on their heels.
The genuine "Traveller" always provided the cheap labour for the Farms but with increasing mechanisation, they have been finding it harder and harder to find work. Also the increase of people from the old Soviet Block countries has not helped as they will work for even less.
