I wouldn't put it past half our judges to be nonces themselves. I hope that 14 year old scumfuck has a nasty accident very very soon. One that will get him a wheelchair (the type you operate with a chin-stick), guide dog and hideous facial disfigurements. Shame for that poor little lass and her family.

At least he's not bowing to pressure. I'd rather a judge make an honest decision on the facts at hand, even if I disagree with it.
