    I think that you may find that the Budget is voted to them by Paliament. The MoD budget is divided up into "Votes"

    Not at all, The only rag I read is my local muck, I dont bother with the views according to Murdoch etc. Seems him, his sons and his red haired floosey are getting their just deserts ?

    That uniform PE wore realy clashed with his eyes and the rest of those on parade , but it bona to vada his dolly old eek! Loved Phillips quick change of headgear though!
