    Parliamentary Corrective Training Centre :

    Maybe this is the answer to MP's & Lords that go AWOL , put their hands in the state cookie jar and generally err in their behaviour ?

    Before we nominate candidates , can we agree on location , size , staff , structure and the training programme ?

    The one piece of equipment I insist on is a set of stocks .
