Will make for an interesting weekend or two in the bars and cafés - political debates will be the order of the day. But the outcome will be the same regardless who wins - the poor workers always lose. This lot are as bad as the last lot - in it for themselves......... with any luck a singing Llama will appear from nowhere and win by a neck................

I am like a Bugatti Veyron. Good to look at, runs on refined spirit, purrs and rumbles at low levels, but you know I can go immensely insane when I want to and if handled incorrectly might just possibly kill you. What more could you ask for?

If those numbers are reliable then Sarkozy will almost certainly win the run-off.

The tricky bit is that a lot of those who voted National Front in the first round will not vote for Sarko in the second because they come from a Left background (quite a lot of ex-Commies in Marine's voters....)

Maybe National Front means something different but in the UK they were pretty right wing and certainly wouldn't have run into the arms of a socialist!
