Ah yes, I tend not to allow the personalities that people on the internet project, to colour my perception of reality.

What I mean is that, well, there is no such thing as "heavy hitters", just people who can use concise invective to good effect. And as is always the case, brevity is of the essence.

So rather than get all worked up about a non existent persona, I tend to issue short fuckovskis when there is a need to and if the other person wants to carry on some kind of vendetta, I use the ignore button early on. Life really is too short to get exercised by mere words. Although I must admit I sometimes cant resist posting the odd continuance riposte.

Remember that no one can patronise or intimidate you without your consent. And of course we are all adults on here.
