If section 5 involves Scrote leaving the train for not showing a valid ticket then he did so, albeit an involuntary ejection.
I'd like to see fat bloke done with something though, only because he looks like a fat smug fucker. And he's fat, and belongs to Trumpton apparently, the workshy striking fat cnuts.
Sorry, I was in a rush. Public Order Act, I think. I'm sure that if I'm mistaken, the resident plods will correct me and issue a fixed penalty notice for uttering bollocks in a public place whilst they're at it.

That case was discussed here. The learned judge said it wasn't an offence because the plods and chavs present shouldn't have been offended by sweary words. That isn't the case here.

If it doesn't apply in Scotland, I'm sure Scotplod can quote the relevant legislation that will ensure they will be required to take no further action.

PS Besides the issue of the lack of a ticket, the scrote was swearing in the hearing of women and young children. If this had happened in a shop, pub or restaurant, I'd support anyone who took a firm grip of him and placed him and his gobby mouth outside.

I'm not going to continue argueing my point with you, it detracts from the thread. You argue a point of law, I argue the point of common sense; perhaps the two have become so far detached they cannot be applied to the same situation.

    But I will say, I have no idea what you mean when you say; "I didn’t hesitate to huckle him" so I googled it and best I can find is;

    From the Urban Dictionary

    1 Huckle

A cacky stabbing, shirt lifting fudge nudger. A male human who gets his erotic pleasure from other male humans. Faggot. A gay man.

"My ass is killing me, either I had a dodgy curry or I was raped by a huckle while I slept".

    2. Huckle

A baby or child who's Mommy operates a meth lab.

"Save my HUCKLE" screamed Mommy as the firefighters attempted to put out the trailer fire started by the meth lab explosion.

    3. Huckle

Someone that is more than gay so that he’s even more annoying."You fucking huckle!!"
    From the Free Dictionary

    huckle [ˈhʌkəl]
    n Rare
    1. (Life Sciences & Allied Applications / Anatomy) the hip or haunch
    2. a projecting or humped part
[diminutive of Middle English huck hip, haunch; perhaps related to Old Norse hūka to squat]
    Odd that.

Years ago it was suggested that an apple a day kept the doctor away. But since all the doctors are now Muslim, I've found that a bacon sandwich works best.

I hate all this terrorist business. I used to love the days when you could look at an unattended bag on a train or bus and think to yourself; I’m having that.

To everyone else this is old news and they have lost all interest. I mentioned the Scotrail thing to a journo mate and he said "God, that's a bit 'beginning of the week' isn't it?"

Here on ARRSE there are still people scrapping with each other about it and you'll probably hear references back to this thread well into the New Year, there appears to be no memory longer that an ARRSEr scorned's.

Tell your journo mate the green eyed monster is coming to get him.

I only keep posting in the hope that I'll bore you to death.

This incident yesterday evening could well revive interest.

It's got potential written all over it and why all this garbled nonsense about ToC's just wouldn't stand up.... the cops have stab vests, tazers and best of all good drills... you cannot reasonably expect your average Blakey to deal and sooner or later should a company force their staff to deal, then they will feel the cost at many levels. Some things are just fekkin obvious. See: Scotrail No Ticket!!
