If he was on a private holiday and not on Army business then I hope he wouldn't get help as (as far as I'm aware) he isn't a British citizen.

There no evidence he didn't recieve a fair trial. The daddy says darling boy is innocent. Too bad daddy wasnt a eyewitness otherwise daddys proclaimation is hearsay and not evidence.

You are entitled to your opinion, it is as valid as everyone elses, e.g. two parts of feck all squared.
