There was little or no sex education in schools 50 years ago. There were less teenage pregnancies and not sure about the statistics but most probably a lot less STD's. Informing children of sexual practices both natural and unnatural wont solve the problem. Consequences and condemnation were a great deterrent all those years ago and made us careful.

Seriously the whole thing has gone so far no-one dares touch solving it. "Sorry your are living at home with mum now and here's a fiver a week pocket-money", in my view could start off something sensible.
We need to look at the human rights of the children who are as yet unborn, and save them from a useless life of chavvery!
Rampant breeding of the dull, workshy and unintelligent was useful for work on farms, and later in the industrial revolution when slave child labour was needed. The workshy starved or changed their inclinations.
Al it is now is a drain on government income that does not exist.
