Thread: E & D Training

I am led to believe that a private company has been contracted to deliver, and is already delivering, E & D training to the Army.

The company in question is the Garnett Foundation. It all looks very jolly, what with actors dressing up to represent underperforming minorities, and interactive participation to encourage us to face up to our bias and misconceptions, and I am sure we will all be much inspired by the messages they present.

I do worry a tad, however, that this isn't going to come cheap, particularly at a time when budgets are under pressure. Furthermore, what is it going to deliver that MATTS's don't. Has anybody undergone the Garnett Experience?

I've sent for their DVD about bullying. Just to see where I went wrong.
