Discuss crime busting chuffa train at the The Intelligence Cell forum within the The Army Rumour Service website; Plod's having a good week down there, you can bet your bottom dollar the two ...
Our High Court judges are so divorced from reality that they may as well be on Mars.
The Class 158 knew how to mete out justice though!
"Tough on crime and tough on the causes of crime" - one of the greatest lies ever spoken by a politician - that is: EVER.
These disgraceful worthless thugs deserved no less and I thank the Class 158. Pity about the two who escaped. If 'plod' ever bothers to put the paper-work to one side and catch the escaping filth, so what - they will be let off with a stern warning not to be so naughty in future!
"Tough on crime and tough on the causes of crime" - Bol1ocks!
Fook me - 158824 really doesn't like agricultural vehicles does it:
On 19 July, 158 824 was involved in a collision with a tractor on a level crossing at Weston Rhyn at 16:50, whilst working between Gobowen and Wrexham. Fortunately, the unit wasn't derailed, but the tractor was virtually destroyed. The train driver received treatment for shock, and one female passenger was treated for neck pain, but no other passengers suffered injury.
The tractor driver was lucky to escape with his life, suffering head and chest injuries, and a fractured wrist. Paramedics were assisted by a doctor from the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, who was travelling on the train, and the injured tractor driver was transferred to Wrexham Maelor Hospital. Initial reports say that everything was working correctly at the crossing. An accident investigation is under way, and the findings should be released later this week.
Meanwhile, 158824 was positioned at Gobowen on 20 July, and the damage sustained is clearly visible. It is not known when the unit will be moved, or where at present. So, Arriva will now be at least one unit down for some time. What this means, is anybody's guess.
On a Hot morning in cyprus I found the meaning of anger. Fortunataly I was comftably numb.
The RSM and various other NCO's seemed very agitated.
maybe they should look into counselling?
When I was about 12 yrs old I anoraked trains for a bit, and used to love the "Named Trains", such as "The Flying Scotsman", the "Royal Scot", and even the "Condor", which I think was a LondonGlasgow Goods.
Can anyone think of a good name for the Cardiff Cheltenham Special (stopping at Rumney)?

How about "The Accidental Success"
Incidentally, whilst Googling ideas, I was pleased to see a different ARRSE thread is ranked first for "chavs killed by train":
