"not only the Queen of the United Kingdom but seated as you are among us in the historic and constitutionally correct manner as Queen of Scots."

http://www.parliament.the-stationery...108i/10810.htmWell, the prodigal brother. When did you get back? Ain't seen you since the surrender. Come to think of it, I didn't see you at the surrender.
I don't believe in surrenders. Nope, I've still got my saber, Reverend. Didn't beat it into no plowshare, neither

Can't some Jocks post how embarrassed they are for their country. No Jock bashing thread is complete without them.
"Och, the shame of it Murdo. I'm embarrassed for ma country!".
"Ochone, Ochone, Findlay, ah'm black affronted, so ah am. Ah'll just awa' tae the Butt an' Ben tae rip oot mah pubes wi' a set o' rusty pliers".
"Oh, huv they grown back since last Friday huv they Murdo?"
"Och no Findlay, but ah need tae let oor English betters see just how embarrassed ah am of ma country!"
"Ah think ah'll join ye Murdo. D'ye huv a spare set o' pliers?"

I'm sorry, lads, it doesn't work that way. The minute the Southern Irish got their independence in the 1920's they immediately celebrated by jumping on the ferries in their thousands and tens of thousands and going to live in Britain. No sooner did India become independent than curry shops started appearing on British high streets. Dump the Scots and I guarantee that within months there'll be a McDuff take away porridge outlet next to every McDonalds. Probably with a card board Billy Connolly outside each one.
It's like the man said: 'The finest view any Scot ever sees is the road to England.'
As for the Australians, there's probably enough of them in the UK by now to stage a kangeroo coup and vote Rolf Harris in as Prime Minister with Edna Everage as Queen.
No, the only way you'll get rid of the Scots is to interbreed with them, but Gawd, with women with faces like a dray horse's backside -- what a horrible way to have to commit genocide!

Of course she is and so am I - she is a cnut playing to a home audience and it's pathetic.

Didn't they blame the failure on us English then too?

The failure led to the Scots being bankrupt as a nation and forced to join our Union.
Not all bad news, they have had the chance to bitch about it for thelast few centuries.
Oh, and the massive bail out paid to the now skint jocks by the English to keep their country afloat.
Bet they don't teach that in Scottish History lessons...
They've been stealing from us for years.

Having served with a couple of Jock Regiments and served with Scots soldiers generally I should be sad to see them go. For the rest of the Gwar-nation:
Ae fond kiss, and then we sever;
Ae fareweel, alas, for ever!
(Written by that Jewish guy, Rabbi Burns)'The honesty and bravery of our fighting forces stands in stark contrast to the weasel words and dishonesty of their political masters'. Liam Fox Now with 'added irony'!

No surprise Rabbie was Jewish; the Isrealie's are one of the Lost Tribes of Scotland. And Burns was a Freemason who, as we all know, are the spiritual descendants of the Poor Knights of Christ and the Temple of SOLOMON!

Edinburgh will become the de facto Capital and England will be ruled from Scotland, under Martial Law...
I just hope none of this happens until after Murray wins Wimbledon on Sunday!

The horizon's the same distance as it is from your vantage point.
