My Question: Under CRO rules & business laws of transparency, wouldn't it therefore require shortt to clearly display the complete CRO registered name, CRO registration number and CRO registered address on all iba documentation including shortts own iba website since the registration date of 13/05/09 & display the registration cert.Type: Business Name
Number: 385046
Name:
INTERNATIONAL BODYGUARD ASSOCIATION IRELAND
Address:

See laws & rules on the CRO Ireland website under "Name Registration"...
for some unknown reason I'm not able to paste the link?

Re: 'Barron' Castleshort part IV
Interesting - an Umbrella Company.
No great surprise there, of course. Any loophole should be explored.

Re: 'Barron' Castleshort part IV
Anyone else a bit puzzled by the NSTA homepage,
The company was formed to conduct the "research" or was formed as a result of it?The National Security Training Academy has been formed in 2006 by Tony Davis.
The company was formed due to extensive research into aspects of security training
within the industry in Ireland with particular reference to specialised training that
was not being not been covered or taught by anyone professionally in Ireland.
This research was done by the N.S.T.A. throughout the security industry and also
involved security personnel from within the industry in Ireland.
Following this activity, N.S.T.A. (Tony Davis) then involved Baron James Shortt -
Director General of the International Bodyguard Association in the research.
From those deliberations the International Bodyguard Association in Ireland
requested that the NSTA would represent them in Ireland.
NSTA Ireland is therefore now a world wide accredited and affiliated to IBA
for the provision of Training.
The company operates out of Sligo, and operates country wide.
The NSTA invited jimbo to participate and as a result jimbo asked NSTA to be the IBA in Irelands representative, why would IBA Ireland need an Irish rep?
Jimbo was involved after the "research" had been conducted in order to participate in it?
It's a poorly written page if nothing else, grammar and tense seem to be other peoples problems and of course there's the usual lack of addresses.

Re: 'Barron' Castleshort part IV
Somehow, reading between the lines, that's not quite as impressive as Mr Shortt's CV.Tony Davis has worked in security for over the last 20 years working in the following fields of security:
Site Security - Retail Security - Event Security -Bodyguarding- Security Consultancy
Still, if Mr Davis is honest I wish him all the best.
If Mr Shortt is honest, I'll be eating a trilby for breakfast.

Somehow, his name and honest in same sentence make as much sense as vampire attending Holy Communion in broad daylight. :PIf Mr Shortt is honest, I'll be eating a trilby for breakfast.
It makes even my skin sizzling.

Your very welcome AeM. Good to have a Munster man onboard. The only thing hated by UK & Irish Military serving & retired folk more than those 2 wee North Dub feckers called Jedward on X Factor is Shortt
