As to his appearance in photos, I would suggest there are fewer appearances this time. He does seem to be 'lurking' in the background a bit more than usual ... However, his Party Frock does make a colourful background image for a photog. I think there's not a lot to be gleaned from that ...

Apart from the absence of his former Ball Partner, and his seeming attempt to trap the skinny blonde

Agree Sick Norman I think once Shortt puts on his Walty Uniform he assumes another persona. Probably part of his insecurity and mental health issues. I spoke to our MO today who is a normal blood & guts quack. He thinks that Shortt should be sectioned. He said that if Shortt presented himself to him in that uniform & lies and talked. Then he would of got the guardforce to cuff him & sent him to see a TrickCyclist & Fastracked him to A&E and got the duty shrink to decide either padded cell or sedate him.
