Re: Shortt Thread: Fun & Frivolity Here
Flicking through the television channels yesterday evening, when I came across this & spilled my drink in shock !

Then I realised that he didn't have any gongs glinting, so it it couldn't be, could it?

Nasty turn for a moment, then I realised it was the much better comic Robin Williams...or was it ?

I do reside in a Home for the Terminally Bewildered, so I am still not over sure...must be the Moustache...but lack of bling cinched it, it wasn't him...but then again..............

Re: Shortt Thread: Fun & Frivolity Here
Posted this in the Fun Section from a mate. Shortt yet again is threatening legal action against folk who have outed him. The hot weather in the South must have fried his brain today. He has threatened to send me a message but yet has to deliver. He is not a resident tonight in the Hotel Castle Bellingham but is going home to Castle Cosey

Defamation
In law, issuance of false statements about a person that injure his reputation or that deter others from associating with him. Libel and slander are the legal subcategories of defamation. Libel is defamation in print, pictures, or any other visual symbols. A libel plaintiff must generally establish that the alleged libel refers to him or her specifically, that it was published to others (third parties), and that some injury occurred as a result. Court have ruled that public persons (e.g., celebrities or politicians) alleging libel may recover damages only if they prove that the statement in question was made with “actual malice”—i.e., with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard for the truth Slander is defamation by oral communication. An action for slander may be brought without alleging and proving special injury if the statement has a plainly harmful character, as by imputing to the plaintiff criminal guilt, serious sexual misconduct, or a characteristic negatively affecting his business or profession. The defense in defamation cases often takes the form of seeking to establish the truth of the statements in question.

You know you're a LIAR, Shortt, and so do we.
So your legal bullsh1t that scares ex-squaddies and Estonian doormen doesn't actually work anymore.
You are striking matches under water in the Castle moat.
And we aren't very impressed.
Come on, big boy - PROVE something.
Ooops, of course, you can't, can you?
You laughable buffoon.
As Kill, your favourite "hate mate" just said, "Feck off Shortt".
