Re: 'Baron' Castleshort Part III
Dear Baron Bobas [can I see your certificate of ennoblement?],
Shortt is blustering, and dealing more bullsh1t to his National Directors.
I think it might be nice if I composed another email to be sent to them again. Who sent the original "Round Robin"?

The same thought had crossed my mind. The email should make clear that Shortt is the main focus of the criticism.

LUCK (Dennis McHarrie)
I suppose they'll say his last thoughts were of simple things, Of April back at home, and the late sun on his wings; Or that he murmured someone else's name, As earth reclaimed him sheathed in flame. Oh God! Let's have no more of empty words, Lip service ornamenting death! The worms don't spare the hero; Nor can children feed upon resounding praises of his deed. 'He died who loved to live,' they'll say, 'Unselfishly so we might have today!' Like hell! He fought because he had to fight; He died that's all. It was his unlucky night.

That was a trip to Spain, wasn't it?

Or perhaps because he's trying to get those solicitors and specialists in internet defamation and copyright theft, especially Thomas Baldwin of Early & Baldwin, to stop laughing and just listen to his story.
Has anyone found a definition of "internet defamation"? I thought all we had done was prove that Shortt LIES, continually, and thus commits "Fraud by Misrepresentation" or whatever the phrase was [cited in Part II]?

Re: 'Baron' Castleshort Part III
Early & Baldwin, i.e., Thomas Baldwin is a friend of Jimbo. A Jap slapping bloke from Dallas I seem to recall.
His firm were booked for one of Jimbo's do's at Castlewhatsit. It's about 1/3 of the way through part two of the thread. I shall go and check.

@ Flamingo
Baldwin will not show on a UK Legal Site as he works out of the Northside in Dublin and falls under the Law Society of Ireland.

The Kiwi Connection
As of the 1st January 2009, Protective Services (a Division of Neill Group) was appointed as the New Zealand President of the IBA by the IBA Director-General, James Shortt and will lead the IBA and IBA Diploma in Bodyguarding training programme in New Zealand moving into 2009.
blah blah blah The IBA provides further specialist courses and ongoing professional training at international venues in specific skills. It also provides internationally acclaimed advanced skills courses which are pertinent to the Principal (Protectee)'s lifestyle, such as Yacht & Maritime, Aviation and Ski protection courses.
