Don't mention it, I'm not sure if any of the Foot Guards regiments run insight courses but it might be worth asking your recruiter, it might give you a better idea about life in the Foot Guards.

Coldstream run 'look at life' weekends. A good mixture of info, getting cold, wet and muddy ( used to be down at HDPRCC ) Then an invite to The Forecourt at Buckingham Palace.

My onely criticism of the Irish Guards is, I havent met one who isnt a scouser, war dodging, conflict swerving, I dont shake hands with black men, bunch of errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr soldiers.
