I think deep it is then - Fairmaid, the sight of you rubbing deep heat might be a sensual one, but the smell? Well's that's worse than Grimsby docks!
It's true that gingers have no souls'. I sold mine to the Devil years ago for 4 cans of Skol, 20 Lambert & Butler's and a go on his mother when she was pissed up after her 40th Birthday bash.

Deep heat does nothing. It's shite and a gimmick.

I put my feet in the deep freeze, then the kettle, then back in the freezer again. My toes went black and fell off, so neither worked for me.

I agree with m'learned friend Badger Heed. Camberwell Carrot is indeed a cunt.

As far as I am aware deep heat is for muscular. Deep freeze is for joints and ligaments.

Agree however that Tiger Balm is better than deep heat.
If it sounds like a good idea - do it. It's easier to apologise than it is to get permission.

Ok, Ok, Ok, I'll try the tiger balm! I suppose it's worth a shot. Better than PG's idea, not that I'm overly keen on my toes, but mainly because they're hairy.

Maybe try it all. Winter makes this stuff worse. Its why people move south to the exotic parts of the world with warmer climates...Eastbourne etc.
Given that contracted muscles is causing some of the problem....Could try these new fangled heat pads, gel filled plastic pads which work by clicking a metal disk inside a solution, can be boiled in a pan after use to 're-set' them. Most supermarkets sells a big jar of own-brand eucalyptus ointment (ie Vick's Vapour Rub) which you can use generously, it does generate heat, or use other variants like Tiger Balm. Its all just petrol jelly with oils in. Does no harm at all. I like the smell personally. Used to know a gal who found it a bit of a tun on as well, as it reminded her of rugby clubs etc. Grrrr. Bit of massage. Stretch even if it hurts. Should fix you up.

Otherwise wear rubber knickers and pour hot soup down there. Wont do much good but will take your mind of it. Send photos.

My quack recently told me that what you're doing is inviting further injury by trying to mask it. You need to feel the discomfort to know whether what you're doing is making it worse or not. I think its a valid point you should consider.

    Other answer:

If your arrse cheeks can't take the constant pressure you're putting them under you need to readdress the activities in your private life.

Deep Heat is for woofters. Horse liniment, on the other hand...
