We trained hard - but it seemed every time we were beginning to form up into teams we were reorganised.
I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganising, and what a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while actually producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralisation.

Just in case any of you have missed them - Tracey has posted some photo's in the Gallery section. May help motivate a few of you to support her fundraising for H4H. Great cause and a bit of softcore perving too. What more motivation do you want to donate!!

Keep up the good work (oh....and the training too)

No maam, not the best of ideas. To solid and a 'fixed' load.

Make the weight with sand in poly bags and keep it spread between the main frame and the pockets. I'm assuming you are wearing a 'non frame' rucksac'. Aim to have the load mould around your shape/frame size/ body type. Please bin the bricks.

For those of us unable (or sane enough) not to do it, can we go along and give support and encouragement to those ARRSE'rs that are doing it?
