Training basically going the gym every day until I feel I need a rest. One day I do about 45mins of cardio, the next about 20 mins of cardio and then a weights session.

Its worked extremely well for me and at the weekends I still drink and eat kebabs, takeaways etc. without that much of a damaging effect.
Good man, someone hitting it properly for once, and that includes the kebabs and what have you here and there.

A really excellent result and "all rispeck" to you for having the discipline and will-power to stay with the programme, fella. You now have a good idea of what does what scoff-wise, so it's just a question of building on that and staying sensible about what you want to achieve.

    Once again, well done indeed!

Why? Because I congratulated the fella on his marvellous effort? I genuinely think he's done extremely well and I really respect folks who have the staying power and discipline to see things through. It's far from easy, as you probably know yourself.

Well done! Ive just had an email from the unit Im planning to join saying they wont put me in for selection as my BMI is too high and Im 9kg over what they want. I am a bit podgy round the middle but not particularly overweight as such.

Oh well...just need to cut out the little things that make the differences and get running more.

    Good luck everyone.

Cut out the booze and shit food and go to the gym in 30 deg plus every other day. I did that and lost 17kg over two months.

    Being in Afghanistan helped!
The stopped clock of The Belfast Telegraph seems to indicate the
    time
Of the explosion - or was that last week's? Difficult to keep
    track:
Everything's a bit askew, like the twisted pickets of the
    security gate, the wreaths,
That approximate the spot where I'm told the night patrol
    went through.
