This doesn't necessarily mean that your PC is infected/compromised, just that your email address has been used by someone else and you get to deal with the consequences.
Oh, and resist the temptation to go "WTF? I didn't send that." and open these emails. For glaringly obvious reasons."Quod suus eam. Nimium diu te stantem in modum populi. Ego pagani collegium."

Guess you configured your email with iPhone, android or any other smartfone. When you delete from your phone it automatically send those msgs in to the trash folder! It took me a while to find out why my emails were going to trash!!
Few smartfones other than IOS some free dodgy apps use your email to send them msgs about your activities!! LOL
