I already have a faction if anyone wants to join..
Some kewl kit, as far as TC is concerned to be loaned out to players.
Got some places to rent for new players as well.

what can i spend that 100k on that will increase my stats or help me eother than buying a bigger gun

Go to "education" and start a course. This uses a small amount of energy, and costs a bit, but gets your stats up once the course is complete. Buy a weapon, and some ammo. The ammo locker is found under your "items" once you've bought a weapon. I've dished out all my spare SA80s
