I am serving in Germany and the wife has gone for a Sky Box from a firm advertising in Sixth Sense called Luke Day Trading Ltd. Despite taking Â£150 out of our account in Dec 06 there is no sign of the box. Telephone calls go unanswered and emails are not replied to.

Be warned !

Has anyone else had a similar experience. Anyone got any positive suggestions how to get our dosh back please?

Write a letter to go in sixth sense letters page - that will p*ss him off and warn others!

Did you pay with a UK credit card, if so contact your card company many of them are quite good at giving you your money back if the supplier fails to deliver.

Credit card companies are legally obliged to refund your money if the purchase exceeds £100 STG The contract is with them, not you

Have you tried his website?Had a quick gander there myself,plenty of contact info.I know a few people who have not had any problems with him.

Before trying the Sixth Sense option, speak to Army Legal Assistance. Their staff are well versed in both UK and German law; if a phone call or letter from them doesn't do the trick (and it probably will), they can take further action with the local Trading Standards equivalent.

Credit card companies should refund all monies - there is no longer the threshold on it - so the missus tells me, and she is a Solicitor so ain't gonna argue.

To those who have any concerns. I am sorry for the delays that people have had from my company since before christmas. I am really sorry. I have made some improvements to my company and I am still making improvements.

The reason for delays is that just before the Christmas period one of my staff left for another job and the other had to be sacked because of her personal habits outside work that I do not approve off.
