I have no idea what you're on about but I did once have a Dalek Annual where the Daleks took on robotic creatures who spoke like that. The Daleks destroyed one of the legs that the city stood on and the robotic creatures (not to be confused with Daleks, who are also robotic creatures) got creamed. I'm sorry if that's a bit involved but children's stories weren't afraid of complexity in my day.
