On ITV4 now is an episode of The Sweeney starring Morcombe & Wise, playing themselves.
Well they're playing two entertainers called Eric & Ernie.
Funny as hell.
Dennis Waterman nearly lost it in one scene with them.
Eric Morcombe was on typical form.
I never knew they appeared in it.

Oh, go on. Love Morecambe and Wise. Love The Sweeney. But ham acting from the former in that episode.
Heresy, I know, and I'm going to force myself to drink loads of brandy (FORCE, mind) immediately after posting this, but not the finest moment from either.
