The return of the A Team

I aint gettin on no aeroplane with you crazy fool.........

From right to left we have The Hangover's Bradley Cooper as Face 'Templeton' Peck, the master of disguise and charm previously played by Dirk Bennedict.

To his left is Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship brawler, who bravely steps into the shoes of Mr T to take on the role of BA Baracus.

District 9's Sharlto Copley is the man in the baseball cap. He'll be playing the slightly nutty 'Howlin' Mad' Murdock, who the team regularly had to bust out of mental hospitals.

Finally, we've got Liam Neeson. The veteran actor is playing Hannibal Smith, the leader of the A-Team who was portrayed by the legendary George Peppard.

The movie is set for release next summer.

Oh my god, this will most likely be as appalling as the Miami Vice/Miami Sh1te remake 'starring' Foxx and Farrell.

I loved the A-Team as a child, and this is yet another butchering of sacred territory from my past :(

Rampage is a great banger in MMA, but he can't even talk in post fight interviews without sounding wooden and simple. Now, don't get me wrong - Mr. T was a poor actor - but next to Rampage he is like Laurence Olivier.

My God, tell me this is a Joke. Of all the cheesy shows to remake into Movies they choose the A-Team?

I would rather sit through a Rosie O'Donnel, Bea Arthur Lesbian Porn flick.

A very underrated movie, IMHO.

Will they have chromed weapons, fire off thousands of rounds without ever killing anybody, and ALWAYS weld some contraption together?

My old man met him (amongst other film stars) when he worked at Ardmore studios in Ireland after he came out of the Army. Apparently Peppard was a knobend of the highest order and nearly got a slap off a few people, both cast and crew.
