Mine wasn't cut up, in fact I now have it back from Glasgow perforated with an R. Do you think that is worth an episode of it's own?
I write down everything I want to remember. That way, instead of spending a lot of time trying to remember what it is I wrote down, I spend the time looking for the paper I wrote it down on.

Not too long ago, we struggled with being appreciated in civvie street now that someone wants to highlight the problems that face us when we leave....and that seems to be an issue!Perhaps the solution is if you just didnt watch it.
