    Brick Effect Tiling.

    Hi Guys.

I have built a stud wall adjacent to an existing brick wall in an old mill. (my photography studio) and I'd like it to match. The cost of using reclaimed brick was prohibitive.

So.. I'd like to try to find some brick effect tiles.

Any ideas? Don't care what colour they are, as they'll be painted white to match the existing wall.

    Cheers,

    Steve

Try B&Q Warehouse or even Topps Tiles. I'm sure I've seen something like that around.

i looked into brick tiles a few years back and they were costly and shitty looking, if you are going to paint it why not plaster skim it and use a pointing tool to "draw" brick lines in the soft plaster?

You can buy this sort of stuff:
    Panespol - Brick Effect Panels

Makes laying bricks look cheap mind!

When I worked in the special effects business we used to buy vacuum formed moulds and use them to lay up fibreglass or plaster wall panels.
You can buy the vaccum formed panels or plaster on hessian panels from these people, I think they were the ones we used to use - it was a while back!
