PIR floodlights
In theory, could one light with a pir sensor be used to trigger another light that had no sensor?

Agreed. And you can also use a remote pir hidden somewhere to trigger a light that would normally be well out of range for a built in pir. Like at the start of a path for example.
Or to trigger shotguns when the TV licence bods are coming up your path...Fuck it.

I don't have a problem with the tv licence people.
I have seen pikey activity locally.Older, but no wiser.

When the PIR stuff first came out a mate of mine used to take great pleasure in moving around a remote PIR that triggered a row of the smaller flood lights. So the game was to try and sneak up to his front door without setting them off.
With pikey's in the area you could camouflage your property by having a stripped escort mk 3 in the front garden along with some over flowing bins and a pile of old prams and other metal. Then they'd think you were probably related to them and leave you alone.

Years ago it was suggested that an apple a day kept the doctor away. But since all the doctors are now Muslim, I've found that a bacon sandwich works best.
I hate all this terrorist business. I used to love the days when you could look at an unattended bag on a train or bus and think to yourself; I’m having that.
