Mandy is and was a bent (in both senses of the word) cnut. As I have put this in writing, I believe he has the right to sue me for liable. A member of the House of Lords can be a Government Minister, without having to go through the awkward process of being elected to a seat in the House of Commons. Brown can ennoble any unelected individual he pleases and make him/her/its' bum chum a Minister.
