I am astonished that the PM can bring back someone who has been caught out twice and has had to resign twice.

    Very strange.

Every Conservative caught out went into prison. Every Labour merchant went to the back benches or Frauda Europa.

Any mortgages or passports on offer?.

The thought that my taxes will help pay for Mandelson to be a Lord till he dies [hopefully soon] turns my stomach. I never thought I would say this but the Upper House now needs to be a fixed term elected house as in a General Election. Any semblance of 'Nobles Oblige' has long gone out of the window and is as damaged [with the exception of the military awards] an institution as the Honours List.

I wonder what the light footed ponce's 'husband' has to say about the De Menezes shooting? I'm sure he will/has gotten Mandypants to wade in on that debacle too.

I would say 3rd time lucky and Mandy will be hanged at the Tower of London for his next (inevitable) indiscretion. But inevitably he will be as safe as houses (geddit!), no matter what slimy 'Prince of Darkness' Machiavellian acts he gets up to. Look at Archer - that git tried everything to have his Peerage removed, but even a prison sentence wasn't enough!

Fcuk it, its almost worth shooting Mandy now to save on the headlines later. Any takers?

    Exactly.

Any lierbour supporter that dares to mention corruption should be thoroughly whipped to death for being a hypocritical cnut.

Mandy is and was a bent (in both senses of the word) cnut. As I have put this in writing, I believe he has the right to sue me for liable. I really wish he would seen as I would suddenly become bankrupt and call on atrocinio dei non abbienti to defend me against one of the biggest robbers of the public purse
How can what an Englishman believes be heresy? It is a contradiction in terms. GBS

Personally, I think it's a shame that Sir Ian Blair has been forced out. After all he could have arranged for Mandy's brazillian bum-chum to be slotted on the tube and later deny all knowledge!!

I'm going to show an alarming lack of political knowledge here, but how can someone be appointed to a cabinet position if he/she is not an MP....??

A member of the House of Lords can be a Government Minister, without having to go through the awkward process of being elected to a seat in the House of Commons. Brown can ennoble any unelected individual he pleases and make him/her/its' bum chum a Minister.

Strange. I'd heard Harvey Procter had given him a job in his shirt shop in Billerickey as a lifter.
