The Bulldog
Just introduced on the Beeb at 1800 - the NEW bulldog.......thankfully, they did admit that it was based on an old vehicle........didn't mention the fact the "old" vehicle was designed about 40 years ago....

Re: The Bulldog
40 Years! I think it has hit the half centruy and by the look of things - with FRES being in the future, it may even try and become the first 100 year old vehicle!!!

Re: The Bulldog
I did notice that they kept the old reg numbers!! I wonder if the docs still show the units and garrisons long disbanded that they served in.
There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: this glass is half full. And there are those that say: this glass is half empty.
The world belongs, however to those who can look at the glass and say: 'What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!'.

Re: The Bulldog
I always feel so happy working on 'new' vehicles that are older than me - are we getting any or is it infantry only?

Re: The Bulldog
If it does the job, then does the age of the basic vehicle matter?
